The status dashboard works as follows:
- The first column shows all features that publicly report their status.
- The last column shows the current status for each feature or service.
- The dated columns in between contain icons that indicate the historical statuses for the dates shown. For example:
- There is a red status icon in the column dated November 9th and at the end on the right, this indicates a service outage began on November 9th for Device Sync/Pairing and it’s an ongoing outage.
- There is an orange icon on November 3rd for Fitbit Care and a green icon at the end. This indicates that there was a service disruption on November 3rd and the service is back to normal today.
- Click the status icon to see details of the incident.
- To see historical incident details click on the View history link at the bottom of the page.
- To subscribe to an Atom feed of the issues, use the RSS Feed link at the bottom of the page.
- All times are shown in US/Pacific time.
